Success in the hip-hop industry means more than putting out a good album. Forbes proves this with their newly released list of the wealthiest figures in hip-hop. As TheSource.com cleverly points out, the list is made up of mostly moguls rather than current musicians – only one of the people listed has released an album within the last year. The list’s top five are: Diddy – $550-million Jay-Z – $460-million Dr. Dre – $270-million Birdman – $125-million 50 Cent – $110-million

Rihanna loves Ne-Yo

Rihanna and Ne-Yo were signed by Jay-Z around the same time in 2004. The two first worked together on Rihanna’s 2006 song, “Unfaithful,” and went on to duet on “Hate That I Love You” off her 2007 album, Good Girl Gone Bad. You can see Rihanna on the big screen opposite Liam Neeson, Taylor Kitsch, Alexander Skarsgard and Brooklyn Decker, in Battleship, which is in theaters now.
