Sasha performs with LOS

Storm Records rapper Sasha P recently surprised fans at the Loud On Sound concert and fashion show held for her label mates, LOS, in Lagos. Miss P joined the group on stage to respond to their hit single "Bad Guy P", performing her own version titled "Bad Girl P". The rapper said that "The first time I heard "Bad Guy P" I was totally blown away by LOS's talent and working with them during their concert solidified my place as one of their biggest fans! Thanks guys but this one is for all my ladies - enjoy!" Asides from music, Sasha has been busy with her clothing line. The 2012 Olympics torchbearer will be releasing the debut collection for her clothing line EclecticBySasha called 'The Inception Collection' this Sunday (19 Aug).

Alicia Keys is a Girl On Fire

Alicia Keys announced that her fifth album will be titled Girl on Fire. The singer and songwriter took to her website to post the info about her upcoming album. She wrote that she is in the studio working away on the effort and that she is “SO excited.” Keys added that she feels “like a match to a flame,” before announcing the title of the album. There seems to be a theme to the effort, which Alicia told MTV News will take fans on a journey. Alicia Keys will take the stage at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards on September 6th at 9 PM Eastern. Ron Howard to direct Jay-Z doc?

Pitchfork.com is reporting that Oscar- winning director Ron Howard will film a documentary surrounding Jay-Z’s upcoming Budweiser Made in America Festival. The doc, which will be co- produced by Brian Grazer, will be shot through the eyes of Hova, who is curating the festival. The two-day event will feature performances from Drake, D’Angelo, Run D.M.C., Odd Future, Skrillex, Passion Pit, Maybach Music Group, Janelle Monae and, of course, Jay-Z. The Budweiser Made in America Festival takes place on September 1st and 2nd in Philadelphia.

Ice Prince to drop new singles

Ice Prince is set to drop two new tracks on 28 August. The official singles, titled "More" and "Aboki", were produced by Chopstix, one of the producers he worked with on his debut album, 'Everybody Loves Ice Prince'. and with the info reaching us is its glaring that the singles would be nothing short of expectation..
