The house where Michael Jackson died -- a house that the owner has been trying to sell for 3 years -- finally has attracted a buyer, but it's not a done deal ... yet.Real estate sources tell TMZ ... an L.A. businessman has written an offer for around $17 million for the Holmby Hills estate. Here's the problem -- it's listed for $23.9 million, so the buyer and seller are in the process of negotiating to see if they can find a middle ground.Our sources say the businessman who made the offer "couldn't care less" that Michael Jackson lived and died there. Justin Bieber Asks Mob of Norway Teens to Calm Down

Justin Bieber** is in Norway on wednesday to perform a free concert in the capital city of Oslo, but first he tried to calm the horde of teenaged girls that had put a strain on the police, who criticized the show's planners and threatened to nix the event. "Norway, please listen to the police," BIEBER WROTE ON TWITTER. "I don't want anyone getting hurt. I want everything to go to plan but your safety must come first." At 9:20 p.m. local time (3:20 EDT) the 18-year-old singer is scheduled to play six songs (four of them new) at the Opera House as part of his "Around the World" TV special. The three-bedroom property in the Camden neighborhood of northwest London had become a shrine of sorts for mourning fans who left flowers and tributes following Winehouse's death last July from alcohol poisoning. Beyonce**, Pitbull** and Steven Tyler** have all been cast alongside a star-studded group of actors in "Epic," a new animated film being produced by 20th Century Fox. Helmed by "Ice Age" director Chris Wedge, the 3D CG animated film has also cast "Hunger Games" star Josh Hutcherson, Jason Sudeikis, Aziz Ansari, Colin Farrell, Amanda Seyfried and Johnny Knoxville as "Epic" characters. Beyoncé will voice a character called Queen Tara, Pitbull will play Bufo, and Steven Tyler is cast as Nim Galuu, according to DEADLINE.
